Delete your account

What is deleted

• your login (email and password) and the name on the account
• memberships in organisations and events, shifts, tasks, notifications and support conversations
• “let me know” email subscriptions for the same address

What is kept

• tickets and orders you bought — kept for as long as the law requires (accounting); they are linked to the buyer email, not to the account
• records in other organisers’ events (e.g. who completed a task) stay, without your name

If you are the sole owner of an organisation with members or events, an organiser with ticket sales or an editor, the account is not deleted immediately: a request is created and we get back to you within 30 days. The same login also works in other Event AI Group apps — if you use it there, we delete your Festival-S data and get in touch about the login itself.
